Chest Massage
As you work around the body, change your position so that you are comfortable.Involve your whole body-whether standing or sitting, use the floor as a lever to help you and let your body move in the same rhythm as the strokes you are creating.
Chest Massage Steps
- Using the fingertips, work in between the upper ribs, stroking from the center of the chest outward.Repeat three or four times, moving down to the next rib with each repeat.
- Using small overlapping circles, massage down over the breastbone and sweep down over the ribcage and back up the sides of the body.
- Starting at the bottom of the ribcage, use a pulling motion up each side of the body.Repeat on the other side.
- To finish, place both hands on upper chest, pointing outward and toward the shoulders, and pressing a little, glide hands firmly out and off the shoulders.
